Please note the following if you are considering booking the hall:
Portmoak hall is the property of the community. We request your help in keeping it in good condition. When you hire the hall you undertake to abide by the following conditions :-
1. Leave the Hall as you find it. A sweeping brush and dustpan and brush are available in the kitchen cupboard.
2. Please put any bulk rubbish in the bin outside (Especially food items and dirty nappies.) The key for the bin is behind the kitchen cupboard door.
3. No food or drink is to be left lying around

5. Turn off all lights and close all doors and windows. Remember the lights in the toilets.
6. If it is necessary to turn down the thermostats, please remember to return them to their original settings before you leave. Failure to do so means the next organisation to use the Hall will not have adequate heating.

8. The Hall must be left in a acceptable condition after use. Failure do to this will result in an extra charge. The cost to repair any breakages or damage falls to the person who hires the Hall.
